Algorithms Research In Pallets Cigarettes Supplying Of Automatic Sorting

Cigarette automated sorting system is the hardcore of cigarette sales distribution center. The automated sorting system can increase sorting speed and improve sorting quality greatly in cigarette distribution center. Through the research of each kind of sorting equipments characteristic, we can choose the better sorting strategy and set the proper parameters of equipments. Then the sorting equipments can cooperate with each other by which we can achieve the aim of improve the sorting efficiency. This thesis presents an optimization method of pallets cigarettes supplying of the automatic sorting cigarettes system.This paper finishes the following researches with a cigarette distribution center of one city an example. With the study of the cigarettes' property and an analysis method named EIQ-analysis of the cigarettes automatic sorting system, it concludes the characteristic of cigarettes' sorting, and reaches a conclusion matched the sorting system firstly. Then focus on the constitution of the sorting system and the warehouse system. It analyzes the dynamic line, strategy, layout, working procedure; control process of the cigarette distribution center's sorting system and storage system. Ultimately aims at the present problem of the pallets cigarettes supplying, raises an optimization method based on the Simulated Annealing Algorithm. The correctness and validity of this optimization results are inspected and verified through Flexsim simulation.
