The energy consumption of elevator which is the most important part of building energy consumption has been widely paid attention to by people in this area. In order to develop the examination and supervision of elevator energy-saving and cut down the energy consumption of elevator, it is necessary to establish the unified evaluation and testing methods of elevator energy efficiency in this area. At present, the proposed testing methods of elevator energy efficiency is either too simple to be accepted or too expensive to be widely used.This paper described the working characteristics of the traction elevator, discussed and analyzed the characteristics, factors and percentage of energy consumption of the traction elevator, summarized the existing methods of elevator energy efficiency, advanced a elevator energy efficiency testing method based on the rate integrating of difference in quality, and showed the design and implement of the elevator energy efficiency detector.In the paper, we first applied the method of difference quality rate integrating method to calculate the output mechanical energy of the elevator which was running in the certain testing work pattern in non-load or 20% rated load, then used the two energy consumption to compute the efficiency indicator of elevator energy which is based on the"kW?h/t?km". That is what the difference quality rate integrating testing method of elevator energy efficiency is.We used embedded system to design the elevator energy efficiency detector, applied the dual-CPU structure of ARM + DSP to give full play to the fast computing ability of DSP and the control ability of ARM, applied the difference quality rate integrating method to calculate the energy efficiency of elevator, used the non-contacting measurement three-phase current Hall current sensor, contacting measurement three-phase voltage crocodile squeezer, non-contacting measurement rotating wheel position of traction elevator and rotation speed electromagnetic induction sensor to collect transient signals. We used DSP to process the sampled data and calculate the electrical energy and mechanical energy, and send the processed data to the ARM9 platform via the RS232 asynchronous serial communication. The ARM platform which is based on the setting testing program and flow of elevator finally calculate the elevator energy efficiency coefficient according to user setting parameters and the raw data measured by DSP. The ARM platform also showed the real-time graph of the measured data, saved the data in the SD card.The elevator efficiency detector was developed by scientific and rational measurement method, which just needed to measure the data of one operation cycle when the elevator was in the situation of running with and without load, so the measurement procedure was simple, and the measurement cost was low. The non-contact measurement method was adopted, which didn't involve the internal signals of the elevator and the change of the mechanical structure, ensuring the inherent safety. It was employed by the Guangzhou Institute of Standardization to mass production. |
