Research On Measurement And Evaluation Method Of Energy Consumption Of Traction Driven Passenger Elevator

Elevators continue to increase,consumption of energy consumption is also increasing,occupying more and more social resources,and gradually become a hot spot of social attention.How to evaluate the energy efficiency level of elevators is imminent.Establishing reasonable and effective elevator energy efficiency evaluation methods and energy consumption assessment standards,and carrying out elevator energy efficiency assessment work is of great significance for promoting efficient energy utilization.In view of the problem of elevator energy consumption,this paper takes the traction drive elevator as the research object.The main work of this paper is as follows:The limitations of the current elevator energy measurement technology at home and abroad and the structure and working principle of the traction elevator are introduced;The characteristics of elevator operation energy consumption are analyzed,the elevator dynamics model is established,the influence parameters of driving energy consumption are analyzed,and the factors affecting elevator energy consumption are studied;The energy consumption measurement method of elevator is summarized.The characteristics of elevator energy consumption in operation mode and standby mode are analyzed.The method of power consumption analyzer testing elevator energy consumption is expounded,and the test methods of running energy consumption and standby energy consumption are proposed;The traffic flow intensity statistics steps are introduced,the classification of elevator use is confirmed,and 24 sample ladders under different usage types are sampled and analyzed.According to the measurement and calculation results,the operating energy efficiency rating standard and the standby energy efficiency rating standard are obtained,and on this basis.Finally,according to the current situation of using old elevators,this paper puts forward specific energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures,and enumerates the technical scheme of renovation and overhaul of old elevators.On this basis,the energy efficiency of elevators before and after renovation is compared,and the measures to reduce energy consumption level and the new technological development are analyzed in order to improve energy-saving of elevators.
