Research On Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Supply Chain Management System Based On SOA

Modern enterprise competition focus on enterprise supply chain, supply chain management system is especially important for small and medium-sized enterprises, with so many middle-small enterprises in our country, constructing supply chain cooperate fellow relation in the competitive market economy environment is the most important event. Service Orient Architecture has brought an opportunity which is helpful to solve the problem of system response to business process alteration and rapidly reconstructing. It is meaningful to achieve Research on small and medium-sized enterprises Supply Chain Management System Based on SOA. The research object of this paper is reconstructing Supply Chain Management System that is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, and mainly studies the process of system designing and implementation which is based on SOA, especially the designing process. The main conclusions are as follow:SCM theory and the designing thinking wan analyzed, thought and implementation technology of SOA was summarized, the relationship and difference between SCM and ERP was compared; meanwhile the advantage of constructing Supply Chain Management System Based on SOA was analyzed and the significance of system implementation based on SOA was defined.Selection and evaluation standards for supply chain members was presented, in order to ensure outstanding of supply chain members, the method of weighted average was used for analysis.Business process and the method for constructing service of enterprises was studied. A new solution scheme assumption for SCM which is based on SOA was presented by supply chain legacy system problem that obtained from analysis, supply chain information sharing platform was constructed by UDDI technology.Alteration process for enterprises between data independence and constructing basic database was presented; network platform model for sharing of basic database was given by analyzing the supply chain information flow details.The feasiblility for the using of SOA technology on SCM was verified and implementation framework which is used .NET platform to determine SCM based SOA by concrete implementing; constructing the supplier inquiry service to show implementation process by taking the supplier management as an example.
