Research On Port Service Supply Chain Coordination Considering Service Quality

In the port service supply chain,due to the different resources and business objectives of each participant,the problem of unreasonable coordination of interests will arise in the process of providing corresponding services,which will eventually drag down the efficiency of the port service supply chain and cause Low performance.In order to avoid this situation,and at the same time,in order to further improve the competitiveness of the port service supply chain,it is necessary to improve the service quality level of port and shipping on the basis of the advantage of freight rate.Therefore,this article studies the secondary port service supply chain that includes a port and two shipping companies.Based on freight rates and port and shipping service quality that affect freight demand at the same time,it studies how to coordinate the conflicts of interests of all participants in the port service supply chain through contracts.The main research work and research content of this article are listed below:First,on the basis of combing domestic and foreign related literature on port service supply chain,supply chain coordination and service quality,according to the theory of supply chain coordination,the operation process of the secondary port service supply chain and the business relationship of port and shipping are described,followed by The analysis of the service quality elements of ports and shipping companies shows the necessity of using service quality as a decision variable to coordinate the port service supply chain.Then,a port service supply chain coordination model considering service quality was constructed,and the two decisions,centralized decision-making and decentralized decisionmaking,were analyzed and compared.After that,the port service supply chain’s revenue sharing,cost sharing,and cost sharing were established considering service quality.Benefit sharing cost sharing coordination contract.After that,the revenue sharing and cost sharing contract was improved to make it more effective to achieve port service supply chain coordination and keep the port service supply chain running well.Finally,the model verification was carried out by taking Port S as an example.Research shows that in the coordination of port service supply,both the revenue-sharing contract and the cost-sharing contract are effective.However,the coordination effect of these two contracts is not very good;compared with the previous two contracts,the revenuesharing cost-sharing contract is more effective,and it can make the entire chain achieve Pareto optimal.
