| In recent years,driven by the rapid growth of vehicle demand at home and abroad,China’s automobile manufacturing industry has entered the track of high-speed development,and China’s automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprises also have a great space for development.At present,in the choice of production mode,pipeline production is still the first choice for manufacturing.Therefore,the balance rate of production line is important for the development of enterprises.Combined with the actual situation of the D company’s internal assembly line,for the problem of imbalance of the assembly line,this paper uses the relevant improvement methods in industrial engineering to analyze and improve the target production line,and uses Arena simulation software to simulate the production line before and after the improvement,which proves the rationality and feasibility of the improvement scheme.In this paper,the related optimization methods of industrial engineering,production line balance calculation theory,Arena simulation and verification model are mainly used.Firstly,the background and significance of the research and related professional knowledge are elaborated in detail,such as the relevant characteristics and classification standards of assembly line,research methods and optimization techniques in industrial engineering,calculation methods and problem summary of production line balance,basic modules and usage methods of Arena simulation and verification software.Next,the basic situation of D company is briefly described and the built-in line is selected as the research object of this paper.The balance rate of the production line of the interior line is calculated to analyze the problems.Then,according to the actual measurement data of the built-in line,using Arena simulation software to fit its data distribution and establish the corresponding model,the simulation results are analyzed in detail,and the process to be improved is found out.Finally,’5W1H’and’ECRS’ are used to optimize and improve the process of the problem,and Arena simulation software is used to verify the results of the improvement again.The comparison of the data before and after the improvement proves that the improvement scheme is reasonable.The key point of this paper is to combine the relevant theoretical knowledge of industrial engineering improvement with simulation,not only to propose an optimization scheme for the current production status of D company’s interior line,but also to use the simulation method to carry out the actual simulation operation of its improvement scheme.It is more intuitive to compare the effects before and after optimization to verify the feasibility of the improvement scheme. |
