Research On The Interface Of City Roadside Greenbelt Space

In recent years, with the rapid development of the city, the demand for urban green space is gradually taken in people's lives. Urban green space improved ecological environment, enhance the city image and role, so it leads highly valued around planners and builders. Urban roadside greenbelt interface as the third level of the interface which is in contact with people's daily lives, but also the interface can be sight by people. Compositions of roadside greenbelt interface, or high or low, or isolated from each other, or closed from each other, or the overall continuity, dependent on urban roads, formed the texture of city streets. If the roadside greenbelt as a "vessel", then the interface is equal to the vessel's "wall." Combinations of roadside greenbelt interface convey a meaningful structure of street, embodying the human activities and social development. Combinations of roadside greenbelt space interface have practical, artistic and spiritual function to some extent. As an important part of urban design, the interface of roadside greenbelt reflecting the face of street life and extension streets in space and time.At first, this paper introduces the concepts, the classification and characteristics of roadside greenbelt and the interface. Between roadside greenbelt space and interface relationship is "content" and "essence", "entity" and "void". Then the paper describes the impact of roadside greenbelt space interface elements and principles. From the "human" as a starting point, the interface of roadside greenbelt creation depend on "people" use.The second part, the author put four different types of roadside greenbelt as the research object. By investigating the roadside greenbelt and reading documents of related fields, the author analyze level interface and vertical interface of inscape about different roadside greenbelt types apply in space, and then writer summarize which is characteristic in the space. The writer summed up elements of the level interface and the vertical features and function in the space. In design of roadside greenbelt interface should be considered from the integrity and unity, variety and diversity, culture and locality, humanity and affinity as design principles to be discussed and in the future design of roadside greenbelt can grasp and utilize the elements of roadside greenbelt, so create a different dynamic greenbelt space.Finally, the thesis use Harbin as an example for validation. Investigating many examples of roadside greenbelt in Harbin, the writer analyzed composition of the interface elements of different roadside greenbelt space and how to create a green space. At last, sum up the improvements countermeasures of roadside greenbelt interface, as a guided for the future practice.
