Research On Environmental Aesthetics Of Chinese Contemporary Resi-dential District

During the 60s of 19th century, environmental issues were also increasingly serious with the process of industrialization. Faced with the pressure of survival, to Europe and the United States as the center of peoples, who set off environmental campaign climax, Environmental Aesthetics gradually became the theorists ' focus. Environmental Aesthetics became more mature after experienced Natural Aesthetics,Landscape Aesthetics,Environmental Ethics and so on.As a place where people live, residential areas have a great impact on the urban planning,beauty and mobility. At present ,the real estate market is very prosperous. However, due to various reasons, the city ecological environment has destroyed by varying degrees, estrangement between people and nature gradually formed. It is a question worth considering of how to create an Eco-residential environment in the limited space.This article discussed the evaluation model of Environmental Aesthetics design. The model includes landscape evaluation,ecological environment evaluation,healthy environment evaluation and ethics evaluation. It is appropriate to study Star-River Area of Guangzhou. The residential environment and landscape are unified by investigations conducted,survey and so on. Star-River Area of Guangzhou reached a preliminary ecological,health, and the Ethics Environmental is rich of affinity. However, there are some inadequacies in the Environmental Aesthetics design.During the implementation of Environmental Aesthetics design, we should be guided by evaluation model, and appeal to the broad participation of society. In addition, we should introduce a number of legislative, and consign specialized agencies. These are just means. All of the people pay attention to the quality of the environment and concerned about the environmental design are the ultimate goal.Anyway, the aesthetic design of residential environment must considered the landscape environment,ecological environment,healthy environment,ethics environment and so on, and try to create a pleasant residential environment. Creating an eco-living environment in harmony with nature which is the pursuit of common human.
