A Optical Environmental Research On The Building Facade

As we have all known, light plays a fundamental role in our life. In recentyears, with the improvement of urban architectural design system, the requirement forthe light environment, the visual aesthetic lighting effects in the architectural designand the better quality of life are dramatically increasing. The lighting of the buildingis becoming the great concern and very popular due to its advantage of raising thecity’s night-time lighting, beautifying the city, and promoting the economic andtechnological development. However, the current light environmental design onbuilding fa ade is still facing some challenges and difficulties, such as the lightpollution, lighting energy over-consumption.In the lighting environment, how to wisely use the light essentially reflects the process of life-thinking, technique-enhancing, and heart-refining. This paper is focus onthe study of the building facade light environment design from differentperspectives--revisiting and positioning of the building light environment designtheory. This research is based on people’s thinking on the lighting aesthetic form andvisual arts; the awareness of environmental psychology, the concept of humanity, andthe overall consideration on the environmental ethics based on human and socialcognitive combination factors. These research drives the light environment design anddevelopment; the construction of a suitable building light environment. In order tomeet the various needs of human life space: the building fa ade lighting design needto meet the cultural and traditional demand, meanwhile in line with the positivepsychological feelings, emphasizing humane outstanding achievements inenergy-saving lighting and the development of science and technology. Finally basedon the above points of view on building facade light environmental design principles,this paper mentions the application of lighting in the real case, which impacts thefuture building light environment as well.With the development of society, the ecological environment has attracted moreand more attention, which triggers the intelligent lighting. The intelligent lighting hasbeen applying in the city lighting. In addition, the sustainable design philosophydemands the full development of renewable energy, rational use of natural energy inlighting. The author hopes that this study can inspire a deeper and widerunderstanding of the level of architectural lighting design, light environment of thebuilding facade design, and eventually improve some of the existing problems.
