Research And Design Of Workshop Information Integration Based On Net DNC

As the executives of the manufacturing system, the level of information technology workshop directly affects the production efficiency of the whole enterprise. With the deepening of the manufacturing information process, the requirement of the integration of digital design/manufacturing/management is getting more and more strong. The use of computer technology, network technology, and CAD/CAM/CAPP workshop equipment and technology to companies linked to the upper management system, build integrated enterprise-wide information environment has very important significance.Combined with domestic and foreign research status, and aimed at the enterprise requirement of work shop information integration, this paper presents the netDNC-based workshop information integration model. It first analyzed the meaning of DNC technology and development, gave an overview of the DNC composition and selection. Introduces the functions of this netDNC system, discusses the basis theory and realization of this system (eg.CNC networking, serial communications technology, database technology, multithreading, Winsock network programming technology), developes a netDNC platform. This platform is developed with Visual C++6.0 and SQL Server 2000, with friendly interface, simple operation, it can be used to file transfer, CNC system status collection, file upload and download functions automatically.
