Present, for general applied conjugate curve gears and non-conjugate curve gear, there are always existing sliding between the relative gear tooth profiles, when they are working. Therefore tooth surface easy to wear, glue and plastic deformation. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, a type of new gear, meshing nodes only (no sliding), is designed. When they are working, these new gear tooth profiles always maintain pure rolling contact.Follow the design mind above, use the principle of auxiliary rack tooth surface forming the tooth surface of pure rolling single arc gear. Based on the established tooth profile equation, considering space coordinate transformation principle and expression of meshing point conditions, the equations of expression of tooth surface of pure rolling convex gear and pure rolling concave gear, and the functions of tooth surface working line and meshing line are derived. Convex and concave gear tooth surface working lines are spiral line, meshing line over node and parallel to the axis of gear rotation line. the changes of meshing point are discussed in the case of gear modification, The motion characteristics of pure rolling meshing gear under the condition of no center distance deviation and center distance deviation are analyses. The results show that although there are errors in the center of the case of meshing point not engaging the node, but the sliding velocity of the meshing point is very small, can effectively avoid excessive tooth wear and glue under the occurrence of heavy load.Use SolidWorks to modeling and assembling pure rolling convex and concave gears separately. Based on this model, the motion simulation of its assembly is made by COSMOSMotion, comparing the simulation curves with theory curves, the results show that the model is correct and Transmission of non-interference.The contents of the research have a certain significance to explore and learn for in-depth study and application for pure rolling gears.
