The pure rolling contact gear does not exist relative sliding,and the pure rolling contact is always guaranteed between the teeth profiles of the gears,thus eliminating the relative sliding and a series of problems caused by the relative sliding.It can not only guarantee the advantages of the common gear,but also reduce the negative influence which is brought by relative sliding of the tooth surface.The transmission characteristics and parametric design,stress analysis and optimization design,fractal contact analysis and modal analysis of pure rolling single circular arc gear drive were studied.In this paper,the pure rolling single arc gear is studied.At present,there is little research on this kind of gear in China.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the theoretical research on the parametric design and mechanical properties of pure rolling single arc gear.Pure rolling single circular arc gear has both the advantages of single circular arc gear and pure rolling contact gear.Up to now,no research has been done on the mechanical properties of pure rolling single circular arc gear.To study the mechanical properties of pure rolling single arc gear,the first step is to solve the problem of modeling.In order to improve the accuracy of modeling and realize parametric design,basic research is carried out on the tooth surface characteristics and tooth surface equation of pure rolling single arc gear.The precise modeling of pure rolling single arc gear is completed by using the parametric design software Pro/E,which provides a precise model for subsequent finite element analysis.The contact strength of tooth surface and the bending strength of tooth root are of great significance to the study of pure rolling single circular arc gear.The relative principal curvature radius of tooth surface in pure rolling single circular arc gear transmission is calculated by using the point contact elastic contact theory,and the calculation formula of tooth surface contact stress of pure rolling single circular arc gear is established.The influence of main parameters on tooth surface contact stress of pure rolling single circular arc gear transmission is analyzed.Ring.From the statistical point of view,based on orthogonal test and stepwise regression method,the empirical formulas of bending stress of pure rolling convex circular arc gear and concave circular arc gear are obtained.The influence of the parameters of pure rolling single arc gear on the bending strength of pure rolling single arc gear is obtained.A single objective fuzzy optimization model of single circular arc gear transmission mechanism is established by using the method of fuzzy evaluation and optimization design,and the optimal design is carried out.The surface morphology of the tooth surface has an important influence on the contact of gears.Considering the micro-mechanism of the gear joint surface,the contact properties of pure rolling single circular arc gears are studied and analyzed by using fractal theory.Considering that the micro-morphology of the gear joint surface is anisotropic,a fractal model for calculating tangential contact stiffness is proposed,which can adapt to anisotropic tooth surfaces,and the main body of the model is analyzed.The parameters on the tangential contact stiffness of gears are influenced.Considering the influence of domain expansion factor and introducing micro-contact cross-section area,a new model for predicting normal dynamic parameters of gear joint surface is proposed.The normal dynamic characteristics of gear joint surface are analyzed from normal contact stiffness and normal contact damping,and the parameters are predicted.It provides a new idea for studying the influence of gear tooth surface topography on gear dynamics.In order to reduce vibration and noise,the modal analysis of pure rolling single circular arc gear is carried out by using finite element method.The natural frequency,mode of vibration and critical speed of pure rolling single circular arc gear are obtained.The influence of modulus,number of teeth and helical angle on gear modal is discussed.The dynamic simulation of a pair of pure rolling single circular arc gears is completed by ADAMS,and the actual operating conditions are analyzed.
