The drive condition design is very important as a part of automobile design.The rationality of cab design will directly affect the safety,efficiency, comfort, healthiness of the drivers. In the design of the automobile conception, experience design is given priority to in the means of traditional design..But the traditional method of Man-Machine designing or evaluation no more adapt to the new development environment of car, which has become a bottleneck of development cycle. In the modern design method, the available space of the auto cab and the disposal position and size relation of the parts and assembly such as chair, instrument panel, steering wheel and so on will be made sure recurring to evaluation system of automobilism environment when we design and dispose the cab.The thesis researches on and discusses the design of the experiment platform and its software of automotive ergonomics system and the theory and implementation of Man-Machine evaluation.Firstly, the method of the automotive ergonomics of the auto cab is used in the thesis research and the model of the experiment platform is established through the CATIA software aiming at the interface disposal position of the auto cab, and some parts are made security analyse.The experiment platform which can evaluate the disposal position and size relation of the chair, derailleur setup, detent setup, meter setup, steering wheel setup and footplates setup.It can be easily operated and evaluate many kinds of autos. It is much less necessary to made full-size model of car between designing phase and production phase, and thus shorten the development cycle of car.Secondly, the evaluation model which considered more fuzzy factors in wcaluating is established basing on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which reflects the fuzziness of human thoughts, and has been one of the most popular models adopted in practice, and the evaluation mark is analysed to embody. The matched software and the database which can memory the evaluation mark are designed through the VB and ACCESS software and made to link to each other which can makes the operator to append, delete, amend, lookup and deal with the datum of the database. It makes process of the automotive ergonomics evaluation much easily and the designer can refer to the datum of the database in the designing phase and production phase. Using the evaluation system of Automotive Ergonomics can simulate the design datum many times. So it can reduce less cost, and ensure the veracity of the experimentation datum.It cuts the design time and saves the cost of the design.
