Good product should both have good functions on the engineering point of view and be easy to operate and feel pleasant from psychological point of view. The existing design methods to innovation which are all from the concepts of products and the persons'needs often can not solve the practical problems, or add complex operations because of creative ideas. Therefore, it's necessary to study innovation and modeling from the interaction between people and products.The concept of human-product interaction activities is stated from the perspective of industrial design and links up to the use and the psychology for forming a complete system. To arrange the mode of human-product interaction activities, there are three parts divided: behavior, mental and products'guiding role on the lifestyle.This thesis starts from the relationships on human-product activities. The content is based on Human Engineering, researches on product modeling from body size and shape and mechanical, and it focus on people's use of the product process, operation and the relationship between these and product design elements. Further, it studies on individual psychological phenomena from the perspective of cognitive psychology, and includes feeling and perception, attention, mental imagery, thinking, explorative thinking and memory. It should be found that the feeling and habit in the use of products, the understanding level of operation, and the impact psychology on product modeling with emotional design. Through the research on the use and the psychology, products'guiding role on the lifestyle will be focused on. It mainly suggests that the theory of interactive innovation could be extended to product design.According to the theory of human-product interactive activities, an innovative product would be designed.
