Heavy-duty Electrical Wheel Dump Truck is the ideal conveyance tool in the mine mountain of ten million ton per year and the construct engineering of large water with the high efficiency,the great carrying capacity and the good economy. But the flange reducer of Heavy-duty Electrical Wheel Dump Truck almost depends on the foreign companies provide though our country has already can produce the Heavy-duty Electrical Wheel Dump Truck. The flange reducer's annular gear of Heavy-duty Electrical Wheel Dump Truck has been analyzed on finite element analysis which makes use of the high-powered software ANSYS, aims at the problem of fracture of annular gear.Based on specific structure of flange reducer, emphasis on it's interior fixed axis gear train, and carried out load capacity calculate on main meshing gears.By using grogram of pro/e software, an accurate parametric model of Involute cylindrical gears is modeled. The model can be easily changed in terms of gear related geometric parameters. Utilize pro/e secondary development tool pro/toolkit and C++ perfect link, assembly model parametric program and assembly database program are developed, in this way, convenience to model automatically and manage various type of fixed axis gear train.Emphasis on finite element analysis of three fixed axis gears and annular gear meshing simultaneity, comparison load sharing coefficient of wheel train,three fixed axis gears relative position change,floating offset of annular gear affect on gear meshing stress. Integrated analyzed that the last case is reason of annular gear tooth stress increase sensitive factor. Because flange reducer's special structure,the radial installation size of annular gear is limited, carry out finite element analysis of different tooth width of annular gear, put forward when breadth of tooth equal to 230mm and flange thickness equal to 54mm,flange intensity satisfy requirement.
