Spin flash dryer is a kind of drying equipment that be detrusived in eighty ages and which combines drying technology and stream state technology. This sophisticated equipment is easy to operate,handle and maintain, which strengthens heat passage effect between gas and solid. It is one kind of high-effect, energy conservation and ideal drying equipment, which has got broad application in industry such as chemical, printing, dyeing and so on.According to the physics condition of drying machine (environment heat, flow distribution), the mathematic model and the control equation of dryer flow and temperature field numerical simulation are built, which considers the two-phase stream theory, calculation flow mechanics theory and thermodynamics theory synthetically. Basing on the three-dimensional entity model and using the FLOTRAN in ANSYS software, inner flow distribution temperature, speed, pressure and material distribution of the system are got. Numerical value calculation can be carried out from each aspect by using the powerful post-processing function of the ANSYS software, which provides the certain theory for the design of the system. By changing each border condition, such as initial high temperature and initial speed, the simulation result of different variable parameters are compared. By analysing every variable parameter how to affect the result and drying move condition, the optimum parameter is fixed synthetically.The simulation of the whole coupling numerical value of the whole drying system can reflect the process of handling the material basically. The theory studies method and the numerical value simulates reckoning of this paper is correct and reliably. It can be seen that adopting numerical value simulating technology to carry out the calculation of transmission and conducting heat is effective and economical, which can save manpower and material resources sparingly. The result of this study provides theory for further research and at the same time offers means for the gas solid two-phase mobile research, which also lays down basis for the application and spread of the numerical value simulates technology.
