The Design And Research Of Sliding Vane Compressor Auto-Test Systems

The sliding vane compressor obtains widespread application because of its unique merits such as specific power, low noise, few leak, stable delivery of air and so on. At present, most of the domestic compressor factories still examine compressor's performance by hand in the traditional way, which has disadvantages such as high working intensity and inaccurate result and so on. So we must establish automatically detective system of the sliding vane compressor to realize the feedback and control of the products'quality.This paper first analyses the domestic status in quo in industry of the compressor examination, points out the existing questions of the compressor examination in our country as well as the disparities when compared with the overseas. And it briefly introduces the working principle of the sliding cane compressor. Aiming primarily at the specific power and the noise, as well as performance parameters and temperature, it brings forward the total blue print of designing the automated test system of the sliding cane compressor; establishes the way to measure each parameter.Based on the design blue print, this paper details the hardware and software designs of the automatic test system of the compressor. In the part of designing the hardware of the test system, it builds a experimental table for testing the performance of the compressor using the personal computer as the heart; uses the differential-pressure transmitter, the pressure transmitter, the torque transmitter and other kinds of sensor to examine each experimental datum; uses PCI-1713 data acquisition card for data acquisition. In the part of the software design, this article use the Wavelet filtering method to dispose the data and the program language of Visual Basic to design the software, and achieve some basic functions such as automatic gathering of the tentative data, the real time display, drawing the curve and so on.In addition, the experiment of the compressor model has been carried in the scene test. According to the test data, the performance of the experimental table is analyzed. And it compares the test result with the sufficient pot process test result. The result of the analysis indicates that this test system is stable and reliable, and its test speed and precision can satisfy the design requirements, and this test system has achieved the anticipated target.
