In the process of research and development fuse of air-to-air missile, the assessment of fuse in the actual environment was an important research content of it. However, as the high cost of ball firing,too much external interference factors during the experiment, and unrealizable of test process made a few of the content of the experiment result as quantitative reference. Therefore, it was needed to research experimental simulation devices which could reproduce the launch, the maneuver and other process of the missile in a laboratory environment. The Explosion-proof-style turntable studied in this paper was a flight simulator, and it was a kind of simulation equipment . This turntable, based on the principle of acceleration vector's decomposition and composition, which was breaks down the co-acceleration of the tangential and radial acceleration of the main transfer arm to achieve the control of axial and radial force of the test items , and realize the overload assessment of the test product. This turntable could simulate the fuse and other related equipment, the forces the Air to Air Missile bear in the process launching and maneuvering flight, monitor and record the work of these devices throughout the simulation process to test the various performances of the equipments tested.There were three main components of this turntable:1. Pneumatic booster system. This system serves as a supplement to complete the process of simulated missile launch.2. The main shaft and main switch arm system. This system was used to provide the main driving forces and control the speed of the turntable.3. The vice-shaft system and the Vice-wheel system.。This system was used to control the rotation angle of the tested items, to track the speed of the main transfer arm. This paper was main to discuss the design and dynamics analysis of the three main components, propose the design program,gave the dynamic simulation results,provided theoretical support for the turntable research and product.
