This paper studies on the characteristics of the wind environment around the building bottom aerial, expecting the research result will support the building wind environment design and give the reference to foundation the wind environment evaluation system.The research mathods are: field testing, computer simulation and survey. Data processing method are: range analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, linear and curvilinear regression, hierarchical analysis. Softwares are PHOENICS and Matlab.Based on orthogonal, a total of 52 simulation which separating into single building and multi-buildings, writer analysis of the wind environmental characteristics. Including: the selection of simulation test factors and levels; wind environment changes and affected area; correlation between indicators; characteristics of the wind environment around the building bottom aerial and different construction layout.Then, the author builds up wind environment evaluation systems of single-building, multy-buildings and single-building in multy-buildings. After evaluation, the author analyses the factors influence and law towards the outcome. Including: selection of core indicators, calculate indicators'weights, linear regression, classification index level. Field tests and surveys show that: computer simulation results in the trend is consistent with the actual test results.Important conclusions are:â‘ Wind environment of the affected area of the difference decreases with the increase in construction;â‘¡the enference about the building bottom aerial towards is not significant, the enference aera is a small area around building bottom aerial;â‘¢the building bottom aerial can improve the wind environment around which is a small area around building;â‘£The architectural layout is the most important factor affect of wind environment, so when in building wind environment design, the optimization of architectural layout should be considered prioritly.
