The asphalt pavement surface layer as the overlay of the original pavement is a very typical reinforcement methods. However, the domestic reform on the cement pavement overlay is still in research and experimental stage, The interlaminar is still not specially studied, and there is little comprehensive analysis of the interlaminar working performance. So far there is no design theory and construction measures that is mature, feasible, effective and of Social and economic benefits. And because of the complexity of the problem and the differences between local traffic, weather and road conditions, there is lack of common understanding of the research results obtained by different people, which brings great difficulties to the sector-specific action of the design and construction departments.Based on the research of the old cement concrete overlay pavements, the test evaluation, disease prevention the treatment method, and the interlaminar working performance of the old cement concrete pavement is studied. The overlay design method that based on the control of the reflective cracking is also studied.The height of pumping is stematically and statistical analyzed. The standard of the discrimination between the degree of the void below the slabs and the height of pumping is proposed. The self-compensation grouting material which is used to the mild, moderate and severe void is proposed, which is based on the deeply analysis of the character of the grouting material and study of multiple indoor experiments of the grouting material. The treatment standard of shock pressure stability for the different extent of the broken, slab deflection and void is proposed, in which the slab settlement and the still deflection is used as the index. he evaluation standard of the Treatment of Roughening of the old cement concrete pavement is proposed, in which the Surface friction coefficient and the depth of the roughening are used as the index. The interlaminar working performance of the asphalt overlay is systematically studied. The design method of the asphalt overlay of the cement concrete pavement is deeply and systematically studied, and the design method of the old cement concrete pavement overlay is proposed, which based on the target reliability and the control of the reflective cracking.
