Study On Pavement Disease Treatment And Material Of Asphalt Overlay For Old Cement Concrete Pavement In Hot And Humid Areas

In order to study the durability of cement concrete pavement on the surface of the cement concrete pavement,Guangxi Guiliu expressway pavement renovation project is based on the old cement pavement with hot and humid climatic conditions.Evaluation and disease treatment,overlay structure and material design,construction technology and other aspects of a systematic research work.Through the combination of practice and theoretical research,the following main research results and conclusions are obtained.Based on the systematic study of the old cement concrete pavement survey and evaluation methods,the implementation plan and the key parameters of the investigation and evaluation,the old cement pavement survey and evaluation system was designed to serve the overlay design.The decision tree of old cement pavement disease was established by cluster analysis method.The optimization design method of the asphalt pavement structure based on functionalized old cement pavement is put forward and the asphalt overlay structure suitable for different working conditions is recommended.Aiming at the characteristics of Guiliu expressway,the asphalt overlay material was optimized and applied.The stress absorption layer AC10,the more adaptable modified middle and lower layer asphalt mixture and the optimized surface layer were used.SMA13 Asphalt Mixing Material,and achieved a better implementation effect.The key processes,processes,construction requirements and quality control points of the old cement concrete pavement replacement crushing plate,the bottom blanking grouting,the roadbed grouting,the modified asphalt sticky layer and the asphalt overlay construction are further clarified.For the standardized construction and guarantee Engineering quality has a good guiding significance.
