When the free water that penetrates the internal surface can't be discharged in time, the asphalt and cement concrete pavement may suffer water damage. Then pavement is damaged severely. In order to drain the internal water out quickly and effecticely, we suggested that Porous Cement-Treated Permeable Base should be paved under the surface course. This thesis researched Porous drainage pavement structure type and drainage systems, material composition design and pavement performance based on Porous Cement-Treated base. And test road test was constructed to verify its results in the practical engineering. First of all, road drainage structures would be classified under different conditions, and the corresponding drainage facilities were designed in accordance with the results of hydraulic calculations; Secondly, the volume method was used for the design of porous materials composed of cement stone. Through the laboratory test we discussed gradation, cement content, water cement ratio and other factors on the mixture properties, and determined their reasonable parameters to meet the pavement performance. We studied out the suitable range of porous concrete crushed stone, and the passing rate of key sieve (maximum particle size and 4.75mm),then proposed forming laboratory test methods and optimum water content. Finally, we researched performance of drainage and pavement, and got the coefficient of permeability factors and testing method indoor and outdoor. Analysis and research were focused on aspects of road performance and fatigue strength. In order to explore the interior of Engineering in the entities, we paved porous cement test section in Zhumadian of Henan Province. From the section we concluded primary drainage construction technology and the corresponding drainage layout steps. Performance tests confirmed the mechanical strength and permeability were in good and achieved the desired purpose.
