This paper mainly studies the gradation of the Cement Treated Permeable Base, as well asthe material base and surface layer processing method. At the same time to different gradationcomparison, proposed nominal maximum aggregate size, nominal maximum size of content,13.2mm pass rate, 4.75 pass rate on gradation key parameters, and puts forward thecharacterization of the material strength, porosity, ash set ratio, water-cement ratio and otherinteractive factors in the model, with period the designer can accurately grasp of porouscement stabilized stone material properties, preparation of the design indexes of qualifiedbase material. Finally, through the experiments and other literature presented to crushingvalue guidance design index of design ideas, revising gradation by gradation fractaldimension, through experimental verification of this one train of thought.The asphalt concrete pavement cracks and its development mechanism, and puts forwardthe Layer Paving mesh can be eliminated to perfuse emulsified asphalt thin film, interlayerprocessing method, both have plenty of digestion permeable area meet the irregular cracks inrainwater, and guarantees the base course and surface integrity.Design of PCC+AC porous cement stabilized macadam pavement structure, to learn inorder to practice.In view of porous cement stabilized macadam base material function layer, itsconstruction put forward monitoring requirements, at the same time for this material, putforward the corresponding maintenance technology, in order to build, maintain good study.
