Study On The Design And Application Of Cross-tensioned Prestressed Concrete Pavement

The status of the road from my point of view, ordinary concrete pavement often crowded place pieces, arch, wrong station, pump mud diseases, because of transverse joints, thus affecting the quality of road traffic, can not meet the requirements of high-grade highways. Now the main measures to reduce transverse joints of the road is prestressed concrete pavement. Prestressed concrete pavement at home and abroad is often used by the way of unbonded longitudinal prestressed, although this way of prestressed concrete pavement structure can produce a certain pre-tension, but to withstand the many complex stress of the concrete pavement, can not solve the cracking problems after the force. This study propose the new concept of two direction cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement.This research is based on longitudinal prestressed concrete pavement design method, by research the design method of cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement, proposed the arrangement methods of unbonded prestressed steel strand, prestressed value, the design method of partial pressure area and the design procedure of cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement. By finite element software simulated the force of the diagonal prestressed steel strand, determine the reasonable tension sequence of prestressed steel strand, propose the approach method of partial pressure area concrete to reduce concrete cracking. Through the G210 Nanshan Tunnel test road, analysis concrete stress distribution when prestressed steel strand tensioning, the temperature changed rule of on the internal the concrete slab, proposed cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement construction techniques and notes. The study will provide theoretical support and construction guidance for two direction cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement, is the further expansion and innovation of the longitudinal prestressed concrete.
