Along with the country economy fast development,the questions of the huge energy consumption,the shortage of energy and so on are increasingly day by day. Construction energy consumption occupies moren then 30% of the various professions total energy consumption of our country, therefore, architecture energy efficieney is the key to the high and healthy development of national economy and to the relatively shortage of energy.The more important question is global climite warmer up now presenting in front of people. The final analysis of the environment question lies in the carbon emissions, therefore, the appraisal whether constructre is energy conservative from the point view of carbon emissions is imperative under the situation.Firstly, this thesis introducts several aspect factor that affects the energy consumption in view of residential building, including construction main body,equipment system efficiency as well as environment and so on. These factor can be subdivided into several secondary factors; Then three weight big factors namey outer wall heat-transfer property,glass and the ratio of window to wall are determined on the hand of construct main body using Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Then this thesis analyse wall stuff,glass and the ratio of window to wall simulating the building energy consumption using DeST-h taking Xi'an for example.Glass is simulated firstly.The aftermath is that Low-E glass and Low-E with inert gases are appropriate choice of residential building of Xi'an.Under the precondition of designation glass type, wall stuff is simulated secondly. The result indicated that the brick with more orifice about 240mm+Expandable(Expanded) Polystyrene is the best choice.The last facter simulated is the area ratio of window to wall, The ratio of south window to wall is main part.Analysis indicated that the bigger the ratio of south window to wall, the more the energy consumption of the building.Even though the ratio of south window to wall reaches 0.7,the index of building energy consumption is under the standard.This conclusion provides theoretic support to diversification of building energy efficiency style.Based on construction whole year energy consumption which obtains according to the simulation,the average carbon emissions of this simulant building can be counted.The account show that the carbon emissions of energy conservation scheme is lower then the average level of our country and the world. Therefore may say, so long as construct residential building according to this article plan, the energy conservation and the low-carbon goal can be reached easily.Through this article research it can provides positive referene about energy conservation building of Xi'an if possible.lt can supply meagre strenth for Xian area low-carbon construction development if possible.
