With the rapid development of China's freeway, the managers and users has always been fazed by the problem of high accident rate and serious damage, in the meantime of bringing people brand new feeling in high efficient and fast modern transportation. At present, our country is in a period of rapid development of freeway construction, the traffic accidents happen more frequently, and the death toll tends to increase rapidly most of which are serious and severe accidents, severe political influence and huge economic losses are always caused. In addition, after a period of usage, freeways need to be maintained and reconstructed frequently, in order to keep road and its facilities in good conditions. As a result of the construction, it is a tangled and unsafe segment of freeway. Especially in China, by more than 20 years'construction of freeway, now the freeways need maintaining and reconstructing thoughout the country, the safety of work zone is paid to more and more attention. So it is an important task in modern time how to reduce road traffic and study the traffic safety in workzone.Firstly, the paper analyzes the traffic composition and operating speed in workzone of Shenzhen- Shantou freeway by statistic analysis method. It gets the influence to traffic composition and the regulation of operating speed in workzone.Secondly, it get the regulation of space distribution, time distribution from Shenzhen-shantou freeway traffic by statistic analysis method. This paper identify black-spots with Cumulative frequency curve based on two kinds of accident data and determine the black-spots ultimately.Finally, this paper divide the black-spots of Shenzhen-shantou freeway into four types, analysis the reason of black-spots comprehensive, and raise the treatment measures targeted, this paper also raise a lot of precautions to accident. It can reduce the number of black-spots, also can reduce input later period.
