| Recently, with the development of national economy, the traffic volume of the arterial highway of Shaanxi province is growing rapidly, vehicles showed a large, heavy-duty, especially traffic overload, overrun is serious, the damage caused on the road more serious, leading to repair the highway form the task exceptionally heavy. But the research of the asphalt pavement rehabilitation program is not enough, often with experience in the rehabilitation program, the lack of basis for the structure and materials used are too simple. To solve these problems,this paper carry on the research of arterial highway in Shaanxi province of asphalt pavement rehabilitation program, these study on improving the asphalt pavement rehabilitation program technology to increase the Shaanxi province arterial highway asphalt pavement level has very important practical significance.First, select the regions of Shaanxi province on behalf of arterial highway pavement section disease survey, analyze and summarize the main types of diseases, and damage analysis of the reason for the overhaul of the design program development request. Second, through statistical analysis of traffic data, in-depth study of traffic in all regions of shaanxi province composition,characteristics of axle load,the scope of the cumulative equivalent standard axle. The transport level is divided into four. Through the oretical analysis, calculation of milling prior to the original pavement deflection and pavement milling yield after the original variation of resilient modulus, according to the original pavement milling before the deflection calculation to determine the thickness of milling, and provide evidence for the rehabilitation program. This paper researched the affection to asphalt of contact condition between layers by GAMES procedures.According to the disease and traffic composition research of Shaanxi arterial highway, we study the rehabilitation program of arterial highway. Combined with the natural weather conditions of regions of Shaanxi and road construction materials, this paper make appropriate program for rehabilitation of arterial highway in Shannxi. |
