The Planning Research Of Creative Industry Cluster Area In Guangzhou

Taking a strategic view to develop creative industries is a incompatible views by our and foreign cities. As the carrier of the creative industries,creative industry cluster area is rising rapidly.Guangzhou, which has the number three creative industries in China, its construction and research of Creative Industry Cluster Area(CICA) have lagged behind. Therefore, from a urban planning perspective, the thesis makes an attempt at preliminary Study on CICA. The research focus is the CICA recreated from old industry buildings. The thesis aims at providing reference and advice by the preliminary investigation, the analysis and the countermeasure discussion.Thesis can be divided into four parts:In the first part, the thesis outlined research project and the basic theory of CICA.Then, grasped the inherent characteristics and external effects of CICA, defined the main significance of the subject. (first chapter and the second chapter); The second part is the case study. After visiting a dozen CICA of Beijing and Shanghai, the thesis selected four domestic and international advanced CICA, and then analyzed and summared their external social cultural environment and internal Space Environment. On these bases, the thesis expounds Several enlightenments which provide consult and reference for the research of CICA in Guangzhou. (the third chapter);The Third part is investigation and analysis of the subject character, including two aspacts: overall characteristic and case study. The former summarized the overall characteristics by gathering, reorganization and analysis of the material. The latter summarized the micro-characteristics based on the investigation and analysis of seven CICA which are recreated from old industry buildings. (fourth chapter and the fifth chapter);The fourth part is a study of countermeasures. Based on the precedingnior analysis and summarization, the thesis commited a SWOT analysis of the construction and development of CICA in Guangzhou.
