The truck-mounted concrete pump is an efficient special vehicle to cast concrete with high accessional value, and it is used to transport and cast concrete carried by the vehicle of carrying concrete to the place that need casted continuously and equably, and at the same time it ensure cast quality and enhance cast quality. In the construction of high building,overhead road,bridge,dyke and underground project etc, the truck-mounted concrete pump has become indispensable vehicle by right of its many advantages such as agility and adaption in many kinds of cast condition.The boom system is the most parts of the truck-mounted concrete pump. Because poor construction condition, the boom system must not only have nicer rigidity and intensity, but also have nicer adaptaility and dependability and small vibration. This gives a strict requirement on the design of boom system of the truck-mounted concrete pump. At the same time it has an important significance to study roundly the structure of boom system of the truck-mounted concrete pump. Based on the certain boom system model of the truck-mounted concrete pump made in china, the primary content of this thesis includes two aspect of boom system of the truck-mounted concrete pump. One is the dynamics simulink of boom system based on flexible multi-body and stress of boom structure based on the result of dynamics simulation of boom system. The other is the resonance of boom system of the truck-mounted concrete pump and the frequency response of displacement and acceleration of testing point. The main results and argumentations of this thesis are listed below in detail.1.Based on the certain boom system model of the truck-mounted concrete pump made in china, three-dimensional model of boom system of the truck-mounted concrete pump is built by using the softwar of Pro/Engineer. Based on summarization flexible-body dynamics, the rigid and flexible boom system of the truck-mounted concrete pump whose four booms are flexible is built by using the softwar of ADAMS. The sum weight of delivery pipe and concrete are disassembled and computed.
