| This thesis mainly introduces the developing and researching of the rapid design platform of straight tank bulk cement vehicle. The content including to generate three dimensional parametric model in UG4.0, execute finite element analysis for the parametric model in ANSYS10.0, then carry out test detection to demonstrate the reliability and accuracy of the way of modeling in UG4.0 and anglicizing in ANSYS. The destination of the platform is to integrate the function of parametric modeling, finite element anglicizing, and test detection together to realize the rapid design of straight tank bulk cement vehicle.This project is co-operated with Guangxi Liuzhou YunLi Special Purpose Vehicles Co., Ltd, in order that the enterprise could manufacture the highly valued products according to customer individual requirement in the present intensive competitive environment, and finally improve the comprehensive ability. This platform can be used to solve the problem about modeling, strength, and optimization in designing straight tank bulk cement vehicle. It means that with this platform designers could predict the stress and stain before eventually manufacturing.Parametric modeling can shorten the design cycle and save labor, finite element analysis can improve the quality of the designing, and test detection can make sure the successful. Generally speaking, this design platform can help the enterprise decrease the cost, improve the product performance and enhance the competence of enterprise.In addition, this design platform has been granted a soft ware intellectual property right. Meanwhile, the successful development of this platform is an extending to《virtual design and exploiter platform for series of steel wheel products》, and it also used in developing the repaid platform of other same type products. |
