Agriculture is the first industry, the foundation of the national economy. As thesaying goes,"hunger breeds discontentment", agriculture is not only the industryhumans survive on, but also an important factor affecting the strength of a country. Inthe new era when the industry and the service industry develop so rapidly, newrequirements and standards for the agriculture are also presented. To transform theproduction mode of our traditional agriculture with science and technology, we needto realize the transformation from the "extensional" production mode which featureson expanding the scale of quantity to the "intensional" production mode whichfeatures on improving the efficiency of production. We must choose the way ofprecision agriculture to promote the leap-forward development of agriculture in ourcountry.With the development of the precision agriculture, the evaluation system ofprecision agriculture has become an important research content. It can giveinvestigations, evaluations and feedbacks from different angles, different levelsand different aspects. Our country puts more attention on precision agriculture atpresent, but the research focuses mainly on the connotation, the feature, the technicalsystem, the state-of-the-art and so on. The research of the precisionagricultural evaluation model is still short and the evaluation index systems are notidentical. The number of indexes exists significant differences too. Combined withevaluation model of the existing agricultural system, this text puts forward a model ofthe precision agricultural system which has certain practicability and pertinence forthe purpose of researching the scientificalness and standardization of the evaluationof the precision agricultural system.The main research work of this paper consists of the following aspects:(1) To study the objective factors influencing the precision agriculture systemevaluation and to improve the index set of the precision agriculture systemevaluation. Through analyzing the origin, the connotation and the technical system of theprecision agriculture, referring to the representative indicators of the domesticprecision agricultural system, we re-concise the evaluation indexes of the precisionagricultural system based on analysis of economic benefits. Through analyzing thebasic data got by questionnaire survey and the interview survey, we set up the weightcoefficient of each index using the principal component analysis method andconstruct the comprehensive evaluation index system of precision agriculture finally.(2) To establish the evaluation model of precision agricultural system based onthe fuzzy theory.According to the related research in China we divide the development ofprecision agriculture into five stages: the preparing stage, the infancy stage, thepreliminary developing stage, the elementary realizing stage and the full realizingstage. According to the characteristics of different stages we build the first-level fuzzy the second-level fuzzy evaluation model of precision agricultural systembased on the fuzzy theory.(3) The analysis of the evaluation model of precision agricultural system.According to the development achievement and countermeasures of XinjiangCorps agricultural modernization and the specific data given by The Xinjiang Corps’Statistical Yearbook, using the evaluation model of precision agricultural system, wedetermine the development level of precision agriculture of the Xinjiang Corps in2011as the initial stage. At last, we study the problems and the related developmentcountermeasures existing in the development of precision agriculture in the XinjiangCorps objectively.
