As the urbanization speeds up, most of our cities are facing the problems such as reduction of agriculture land, increase of environmental pressure and etc. The stratagem of eco-city construction will let us meet great challenge to urban-agriculture, which is very important to eco-city construction. The main idea of circular economy is the principal for eco-urban-agriculture development.Serving as the main agriculture products supplying base for Dalian City, development of eco-agriculture in Lvshunkou is a critical factor for the development of eco-city in Dalian. Detailed summarization of current agriculture was made and emergy analysis theory was applied to analyze the agriculture in Lvshunkou, and corresponding developing mode was suggested.In the fist two chapters, the principal concepts and theories for urban-agriculture and emergy analysis were expatiated. In the third chapter, the calculation method of emergy analysis for urban-ariculture was introduced. Then the powerbuilder environment was applied to empolder emergy analysis program. In the fourth chapter, Lvshunkou agriculture system was roundly analyzed by using emergy anlysis method. The results showed that: 1 ELR for Lvshunkou District was 0.48, which was extremely lower than our contury's 0.9935. 2. The sustainable index for Lvshunkou was 18.31, which was close to the up value. It implied that agriculture in this district is close to the sustainable agriculure. In the fifth chapter, basing on the results obtained from the fouth chapter and nature factors, the theories of ecology and ecological economy were applied to develop modern agriculture, which consist of eco-agriculture tour-agriculture and benefit-agriculture. Moreover, the key items and guarantee measures of eco-agriculture developing for the future were suggested.
