The Northern Corn Leaf Blight,Southern Corn Leaf Blight,Maize Curvularia Leaf Spot and Head Smut are the significance disease of maize.It’s the most effective measure to culture disease resistant maize variety.And it’s the basis to filter the resistance maize germplasm resources.In the study300 maize inbreds lines are inoculated artificial,then evaluate and identify them in the field.I have filtered some mutiple resistant inbreds lines.Then improve some inbreds lines by mutiple resistant germplasm resources.I evaluate the resistance and agronomic traits of the improved inbreds lines.The main conclusions are as follows.Firstly,the traits collect specimen of the Northern corn leaf blight,Southern corn leaf blight,Curvularia leaf spot and Head smut.Then separate and purificate the pathogenic bacteria.Secondly,foliar disease is inoculated by the way of atomization,the head smut is inoculated by the mixture of soil and pathogen.To identify the 300 inbred lines by inoculating the pathogenic. Thirty three inbred lines manifest hightly resistant to northern corn leaf blight.It account for eleven percent of the total.Twenty six inbred lines were resistant to southern corn leaf blight.It account for nine percent of the whole test material.Thirty two inbred lines were hightly resistant to curvularia leaf spot.It account for thirteen percent of the whole test material.Thirty two inbred lines were hightly resistant to head smut.It account for eleven percent of the total.There are twenty one inbred lines show resistant to both northern corn leaf blight and southern corn leaf blight.There are thirty one inbred lines show resistant to northern corn leaf blight and curvularia leaf spot.There are fourty three inbred lines show resistant to southern corn leaf blight and curvularia leaf spot.There are twenty one inbred lines show to resistant three leaf disease.Mo17、H891、D31、8701、dan599、qi319、shen137、FH171、FH166 show resistant the four disease.Thirdly,to analyse 300 inbred lines according to the germplasm group.Different germplasm group has different resistant expression.Lancaster group were resistant head smut,Reid group were infect northern corn leaf blight and resistant the head smut.Tangsipingtou group were infect head smut.Lvdahonggu group were resistant northern corn leaf blight and some test material were infect head smut.Waiza group were resistant three leaf blight.European maize germplasm were infect northern corn leaf blight.Self-cultured inbred lines were resistant head smut.Fourthly,to improve thirty inbred lines by mutiple resistance inbred lines such as FH171、FH166 and qi319.Then evaluate the resistance and agronomic traits of these improved inbred lines.I find that these improved inbred lines show better resistant than the non-improved inbred lines.
