This study is focus on the Xian-weng Mountain National Forest Park as the research object and is based on the field acquisition work for the wild macro fungi resources in the forest park. Then I carried on the field acquisition work for the wild macrofungi resources from May to October in 2013 and 2014. Meanwhile, I recorded the exact time、location、curriculum of the specimen collection particularly as well as carrying on an indoor specimen identification. On this basis, I counted and analyzed the wild macrofungi resources in the Xian-weng Mountain National Forest Park, and cultivate the five kinds of edible fungus from the lab and the six kinds of wild fungus, screening out laccase producing strainss with high yield production.During the investigation of macro fungi resources, I collected the wild fungus specimens of a total of more than 200 copies. In which there are 6 classes, 16 orders,35 families, 59 genera and 101 genus, of which 3 classes and 4 orders of Ascomycetes door 7 families, 8 genera and 10 genus of Basidiomycota, 2 classes and 11 orders 27 families, 50 genera and 90 genus of myxomycetes, 1 class, 1 orders and 1 families, 1 genera and 1 genus, there were not contain uncertain department. At the same time, we systematically catalogue the genus door medica basing on the genus list from Ainsworth & Bisby’s《Dictionary of the Fungi》(10th edition)(Kirk et al. 2008). After investigation we learned that the macro-fungi resources in Xian-weng Mountain National Forest Park are abundant. Most genus of the section is the Agaricaceae, russulaceae, Polyporaceae, Tricholomataceae and most genus of the genus is Marasmius, Lactarius, russula. The wild macro-fungi are affected by seasonal periodic variation. At the same time, the genus is also affected as well as the quantity. The fact is that the wild large fungi begins to appear in May or June, and reached the peak in August, there was only a few genus was appeared respectively in October and November. According to the comments on macro-fungi resources, it is summarized 55 kinds of edible fungi(54.46%), 10 kinds of medicinal fungi(9.90%),15 kinds of poisonous(14.85%), and 14 kinds of edible and medicinal fungi(13.86%).As for screening out the laccase strains with high yield production, first of all I carried on purified cultivation and propagation cultivation upon the six kinds of largefungus isolated from the field and the five kinds of edible isolated from the lab.Through the guaiacol rapid colorimetric method, I screened out ten laccase strainss with higher yield production at the first round. Later, I screened twice using the method of taking ABTS as substrate to determine the activity of laccase by spectrophotometer. In this way, we acquired one strains with the highest production, whose maximum enzyme activity can reach 255U/ml.
