The bio-based seeding pot, which spends a lot of non-utilization agricultural products, releases the environmental pollution caused by waste plastic product. Generally, the biomass product is prepared by adding additives in certain conditions and specific devices. And now, the bio-based seeding pot, mostly, is made by straw, but some deficiencies are existed, like formulation and preparation. In my paper, using husk powder as main raw material, and identifying formulation, preparation and device, then, analyzing the comprehensive performance, like Micro-structure characterization, degradation and so on.Firstly, the composition of rice husk powder and the different additives were analyzed, and do clear some components in biomass pot to insure several groups of different formulations of one for several experiments. Then, the factors of preparation were analyzed, and do test for several times based on the existing process in and outside to insure the process of the bio-based seeding pot. Thus, the theoretical basis for design and develop for equipment were provided.Secondly, considering the actual situation and the existing equipments, this paper improved the cylinder system and motor, and analyzed the position technology and heat balance technology. Thus, the production efficiency of mold is 240/h. Also, insure the thermal field, stress field and strain field by finite element in thermal and stress coupling to provide theoretical support for further improvement of mold.At last, the seedling pot, which obtains the relationship between form and mechanical propertied by SEM, were prepared on the mechanical in formulation and process before. Then, the seeding pot simulates the model by ABAQUS to insure the location of stress concentration with the mechanical parameters, and contrasts experiment testing to optimize the structure. Also, the seeding pot detects the using performance of seeding pot. Due to obtain a theoretical foundation for fertilizer in practical time, the degradation of micro-elements were determined in different water conditions in the laboratory.
