| Xinjiang is located in the northwest of China, goes deep into the inland, where the climate is dry and mild, and is on typical warm temperate zone. The land of extremely limited oasis is determined by the special geographical position and natural condition, and the top quality cultivated land resource is quite precious. The demand for land of city developement and industry construction is more and more large as the population growth and the development of social economy, which leads to the disappearance of large number top quality cultivated land directly. As the province in which the reserved land resource is relatively rich, how to scientifically manage land resource fully and reasonably seemed especially important to promote the agricultural production and sustainable development, and deal well with the structural contradiction of population, resource, land and environment in the period of western development and well-off society construction.Therefore, this paper take Jinghe county as the research object. The Cultivated Land Resources Database system based on WebGIS is developed using the modern cultivated land resource management theory and method, and taking the ArcGIS Server and Visual Studio.NET as the development platform. This system combines with WebGIS technology,.NET technology, Microsoft SQL Server technology, etc, and is on the basis of cultivated land fertility evaluation work in Xinjiang. In this thesis, the main works are as followed:1.The GIS space management pattern and other WebGIS theories are studied in this thesis. The three-tier architecture based on B/S mode is designed from the architecture. The function module is analyzed and designed by the functional requirement of the system. And the key technology used in system development process is described.2.The attribute and spatial datum of the cultivated land resource are standard coded taken the cultivated land resource in Xinjiang as the research object, and make the rules of the cultivated land resource datum. The integrated management of attribute and spatial datum of the cultivated land resource realizes using the ArcSDE and SQL Server database, which lay a foundation for the management and publishing of the cultivated land resource datum.3.The technical features of.NET and ArcGIS Server platform are analyzed, and Visual Studio.NET technology and the ArcGIS Server as the developing software of WebGIS are used for system development. According to the development requires of the system functions, this system realizes such as cultivated land resource map management, map scaling and roaming, latitude and longitude tracking, map layer control, spatial data query, special analysis, map printing, productivity evaluation, etc. The system basically satisfies the design requirement through the test, and sharing of cultivated land resource datum in Xinjiang and the management and publishing of the cultivated land resource based on WebGIS are realized. The network sharing, management and publishing of cultivated land resources data based on WebGIS is realized in this system. |
