The intensive swine enterprises play more important role of swine breeding in our country,the breeding size, technology and economic strength ensure to apply advanced geneticimprovement technology and genetic systems. In this paper, the GuangMing livestock farmventure CO.LTD of ShenZhen is used as an examle, according to analyses. to breedingactuality and characters of the intensive enterprise, improved plans were put forward forbreeding system, breeding population structure, test system, evaluation traits, then,the currentbreeding program was optimized.1. GuangMing terminal hogs is not under the hogs Of the terminal three-line for growthrate,reproduction performance,carcass traits, the population inbreeding extent is normal andoperation is simpler and the cost is lower.The growth,reproduction performance ofGuangMing sire line,dam line fluctuated because of the feed and environment.2. GuangMing has cultivated no-PSS new speciaized lines since l998 and try out newterminal lines combination; applying the modern genetic evaluation system which nucleus isBLUP to accelerate the genetic improvement.3. Applying the same sires optimize the breeding system for the nucleus and multiplier ofdam line by artificial insemination.
