In this paper, ten T.aestivum-L.racemosus translocation lines and two telosomic addition lines were obtained from desccndents of T.aestivum-L.racemosus addition lines (Lr.2, Lr.7 and Lr. 14) irradiated by ?Co-7 rays combining Giemsa C-banding and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). 1. Translocation lines Lr.2S2L-7AL(S) and 4BS4BL-Lr.2S+Lr.2?-W? were obtained from hybrid descendents of 揧angmai 5?and monosomic addition line Lr.2, whose pollens were irradiated by ~Co-y rays 2.Alien translocation lines Lr.7L7S-IAS and 6AL-Lr.7L(S), translocation- deletion line Lr.7U7S-6AL+Del.5BL, translocation-ditelosomic addition line 7DS 7DL-Lr.7L(S)盠r. 7L(S)?Lr.7L(S) ditelosomic and di-monotelsomic addition lines were obtained from inhybrid descendents of T.aestivum-L.racemosus monosomic addition lines Lr.7 irradiated by ~Co-y rays at the stage of pollen mother cell meiosis 1. 3.Translocation line Lr.14L]4S-7DS and trans-reverse translocation line 6BL6BS-Lr.14L+7DS(or 6AL)-Lr.14S(reverse) were obtained from hybrid descendents of 揧angmai 5?擬ianyang 11?and T.aestivum-L.racemosus monosomic IKR addition line Lr. 1 4,whose pollens were irradiated by ~Co-y rays Chromosomes 4B, 4A, IA and 6A were proved to be involved in translocation lines MSIOI-4, MS178-I1, MS142-3 and MS152-4 by testing-cross analysis with C.S double ditelosomic. Among all the translocation lines, there is one terminal translocation line, two translocation lines with break-point at centromere, three double translocation lines and four translocation lines of which each has the alien chromosome fragments beyond one arm of the translocation chromosome. 2 Scab resistance evaluation of these translocation lines was carried out each year from 1999 to 2001.Five translocation lines MS142-3, MS191-3 MS208-12 and MS218- 12 show stable scab resistance which is beyond or as high as that of 揝umai 3? (R) ,scab resistance of other materials is lower than that of 揝umai 3?(R) or unstable, but higher than that of C.S(S).
