| The kind of scale insect is numerous, the difficulty of prevention and cure often causes significant calamity on production; The taxonomic study of the parasitic wasp of scale insect is not only the needs of the insect biological control ,but also is an important work of parasitic wasp basic research.In this paper, the parasitoid were collected from 12 provinces of the north Yellow river basin, including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning , Neimenggu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Shanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan were researched. 112 species of wasps were arranged in this paper. They belonged to 54 genera 5 families. Among them, Encyrtidae, 42 genera, 88 species; Aphelinidae, 8 genera, 20 species; Eulophidae, 2 genera, 2 species; Pteromalidae, 1 genus, 1 species; Thysanisae, 1 genus, 1 species. All genera and species were descripted according to the style of Chinese Animal Fauna. And 9 new species were reported; 11 genera, 2 species new recorded to China were presented (in which 2 species new to science; 2 genera new recorded to China were already published; and 1 new species; 3 genera, 2 species new recoreded to China will been published in this year). There are more spcies distributed in Plaearctic region, in both Plaearctic and Oriental regions, which are 53.6% and 28.6%.
