Peach (Prunus persica (L.) Batch.) originates from China. Mature period of quality peach appears in a short time. Storage property of fresh peach is poor. Canning becomes an important way in peach processing and storage. Breeding peach with this qualitative trait whose pit can separate from flesh easily have economic significance for the same maturity and stiffness inside and outside of flesh; the compact flesh of fruit; low coarse fiber content and few sediments in can. This qualitative trait and its corresponding trait are controlled by F and f gene. F gene is dominant. Transforming RAPD marker linked to the F gene into SCAR marker was studied using "JINGYU" "MEIWEI" and their hybrid progeny. This work laid a foundation for early selecting parents and makes full use of some important economic trait of fruit trees. Genome DNA was extracted with CTAB method. RAPD reaction system was optimized. A primer which add a base from 5′end of OPI-07 was synthesized. It was used to test "JINGYU" "MEIWEI" and their hybrid progeny. Polymorphism was appeared as length polymorphisms that convert RAPD loci into co dominant. Cherry (Cerasus sp.), its fruit is welcomed for delicious taste, early mature period and beautiful color. Mainly grafting in its long life propagates it. Its cultivars are often exchanged in different regions. As a result, different cultivars have the same name and the same cultivars have many different names. So it must be identify varieties accurately. This work is especially important for popularizing quality cultivars and protecting breeders′interest. In this article, 7 primes were selected to differentiate 18 cherry cultivars by RAPD. Similarity Coefficient was analyses. The genetic relationship among cultivars was studied preliminarily. This study provided scientific basis for selecting parent.
