In order to clarifying the effect of Penac-T to the quality of boar's semen and the productive capacity of sow, we carried out two tests. First, we selected eight healthy soar and divided them into test group and control group randomly and compared the effect of Penac-T to the quality of boar's semen and the digesting rate of feed between two groups. Second, we selected twenty healthy breeding sows and divided them into test group and control group randomly and compared the effect of Penac-T to the productive performance of sow. Then, we selected eight healthy breeding sows and divided them into test group and control group randomly and compared the effect of Panac-T to the biochemistry index of sow's blood.I. After feeding boars with different forage 92 days, it showed that i . The ejaculatiny quantity, living rate of sperm, density of sperm in test group were markedly higher than control group(p<0.05).The deformity rate of sperm and abnormal rate of acrosome in test group were lower than control group and the difference was marked (p<0.05). The pH and fecundation rates between two groups were not markedly different(p>0.05).ii. The digesting rate between two groups was not markedly different(p>0.05).II . After feeding breeding sows for 210 days, The results showed that The kittening quantity, average daily gain, surviving rate and ablactation weight in test group were higher than that of control group and the difference was marked(p<0.05). The average birth weight between two groups were not markedly different(p>0.05).The test of biochemistry index of sow's blood showed thatThe contents of serum glucose, total protein, albumin, total protein/ albumin, Alkaline phosphatase, Ca, P between two groups were not markedly different(p>0.05). The contents of serum total fat, GPT, GOT, serum Cholesterol between two groupswere not markedly different(p>0.05). The content of serum IgG in test group was higher than that in control group and the difference was marked(p<0.05).The contents of blood urea nitrogen in test group were lower than in control group and the difference was marked(p<0.05).
