Mongolia local black goats as donor were superovulated by using the methods of FSH-LH and PMSG-hCG respectively. The 2-,4-cell embryos were isolated into 1/2, 2/4 half-embryos by enzyme, and the half-embryos were transfered into the six white recipients. Mean-while, Non-isolated embryos were transfered into other four white recipients to make a contrast. The results were as follows: (1) the donors superovulated by FSH-LH and PMSG-hCG produced mean 20 and 14 embryos respectively, the distinction is significant(p<0.05). This showed the former method was more suitable for the superorulation of Mongolia local goats.(2)The goats with transfered six 2/4 half-embryos bore a kid. The goats with transfered six 1/2 half embryos didn't bear any kids. (3) Three of the four recipients with transfered non-isolated embryos succeeded in gestation. But one of the pregnant recipients aborted in 42 days. (4) Ten recipients being transfered in this experiment gave birth to 3 kids. One kid was black and the others were white. The kid colour did not completely conform to the design of the experiment. Further research is still needed.
