The relationship between DNA markers and body weight and size (BWS) of shanxi naitive goat was analyzed by RAPD .Fistlly,the RAPD system and condition of reaction which is more suitable for shanxi local goat were gained by experimentthen,9 primers (0PP03, 0PP14, 0PP15, 0PQ04, 0PQ06, 0PQ12 0PQ14, 0PK03 0PK04) which can result in clear, high polymorphic and repeated bands were selected out of 34 random primers. After amplifying 60 goats genetic DNA with selected 9 primers, the SPSS program was used to analyze the relationship between markers of RAPD and BWS.The result shows: (1) Yangchengbai goat:marker Q04D and Q06F were associated with BWS significantly. P03B,Q14A,Q14D,Q06A,Q12B,Q06G had positive effect on ecnomic traits(ET).On the contrary,Q06F,Q0F had negitive effect on ET.(2)Lulianghei goat:Q12C and Q14D were significantly correlated with BWS.Q04C.Q04E,Q12C,Q14D had positve effect on ET, Q04F had negtive effect on ET.(3)Lichengdaqing goat: P14C. Q06F were obviously correlated with BWS.P14C, P03B, Q14A, Q06A, Q12B, Q14D had costive effct on ET, Q04D, Q06F, Q06G, KO3B had negtiv effect on ET.The shanxi local goat genetic DNA has abundant polymophism.More sample shall be explore to confirm the effect of markers mentioned above and gain more makers which will lay foundation for orientation of the gene .drawing genetic map and mark assistant selection.
