The vegetable production with non-polluted standards has become an urgent problem to be solved currently and in the coming future as people are strengthening the consciousness of safe and high quality of agricultural products and the consciousness of environment protection with the improvement of the living standard, as well as the technical barriers to international vegetable trade are being raised continuously.This thesis has summarized the outlines of international and domestic development of in non-polluted vegetable production, and introduced the cases of foreign vegetable standardization production and the standards of the vegetable production of our country, as well as put forward the concept of non-polluted vegetable standardization production, so elucidated the timeliness, necessity and importance of implementing non-polluted vegetable standardization production in our country. By making a deep investigation and research to the non-polluted vegetable standardization production in Hubei province by personally going down to the vegetable production fields and front sales marketing, the thesis analyzed completely six restrictive factors for implementing non-polluted vegetable standardization production in Hubei province. The conclusions are drawn as follows: there are lacking the social consciousness and atmosphere of non-polluted vegetable standardization production and consumption; not building the vegetable market mechanisms for "high price for good quality"; not forming the market admittance systems and supervision and measure mechanisms for non-polluted vegetables; not positioning the practical technical research and extend application services for non-polluted vegetables on the suitable and important place; not building large scales of vegetable production; not investing sufficient capitals in non-polluted vegetable production in Hubei province ,and so on. Based on these current restrictive factors, the paper illustrates that the non-polluted vegetable standardization production is a complicated and systematic project. Therefore, the development of the non-polluted vegetable standardization production in Hubei province must be made overall plans and taken all factors into consideration, including the public opinion propaganda, market price mechanism, supervision and measure mechanism, vegetable-base building, practical research and application services.
