The non-polluted vegetable is an inevitable trend of vegetable production. Through summarizing the conception, the character, the actuality of production and marketing of non-polluted vegetables at home and abroad, the paper defined some key sectors which were good circumstance, rational fertilization, scientific dosages, normal techniques, normative administration as well as industrial management and pointed out some troubles which were inadequate cognitions, behindhand production modes, deficient technique repertories, laggard inspection ways, faulty policies and codes and distempered system of market and so on during the course of the development of non-polluted vegetables at present in our country. Then in accordance with the fact of the production of non-polluted vegetables in Henyang city, the paper analyzed the matters which existed in production and the main difficulties which would develop non-polluted vegetables in some aspects, such as production, circulation, management and technique popularization and so on and putted forward some countermeasures of developing non-polluted vegetables as following.(1)Improving the awareness and strengthening the guidance of non-polluted vegetables.(2)Doing the basic work of the development of non-polluted vegetables well.(3) Gasping the production courses of non-polluted vegetables.(4)Executing the quality authentication of non-polluted vegetables.(5)Establishing the system of market admittance of non-polluted vegetables.(6) Quickening the steps of production and adopting the brand strategy of non-polluted vegetables.
