Study On The Technique Of Standardization Production For Safe Pellicle Melon

There are many problems in view of the melon production in Jining such as a serious disease and insect pests, quality dropping, the residues of pesticides exceed standard and so on. This experiment was carried out from April to August 2005, the melon variety Jing tian 208 was used as experiment materiel, and the Quanneng Tiejia pumpkin was used as parent stock. The environment indexes of production area were determined according to NY5181-2002"Safe food, the producing area environmental condition of Hami muskmelon". Then pH, Cr6+, Hg, Pb, Cd, F-, As and petroleum content in water and pH, Cd, Hg, Pb, Cr and As content in soil and SO2, F- content in atmosphere were measured, and the environment quality evaluation was carried on. The experiment treatments consisted of seedlings grafted, experiment of different types of fertilization and pollination method. The effects of different treatments on melon were observed. The index such as growth vigor, dry weight root and above-ground organ, diameter of stalk, electrical conductivity, and index of blasting disease, output, the content of soluble solid and sugar were determined. According to the request and method in NY5179-2002"Safe food, Hami muskmelon", 13 indexes were determined such as the content of nitrite, Hg, Cu, F-, As, Pb, Cd, dimethoate, carbendazim, phoxim, cyhalothrin, chlorothalonil and triadimefon in different treatment. All the data was analyzed and the main results were summarized as follows:1.
