Our researches were conducted to test the effects of different dose of Cysteamine and compound protein instead of the proteins on production trait nutrient digest rate and blood index in beef cattle ,which were carried out hi Green of HengShui and Jin Tai.In experiment 1:There were four groups,every group has sixteen male Simmentals which were selected at random from the total. Different dose of Cs, 5,10,20,and 0 gram per unit and per day for each group to determine the effects on performance , nutrient digest rate and blood parameters.The result were followed (1) During experiment ,there was no any culling in any group and each group grow well; intake was normal, there was not significant difference; (2) The average weight of every group respectively increased 1065g,1025g,1217g,1052g every day. Obviously, the third group increased significantly than others(P<0.05),the first group increased slightly than the control group, the second group decreased slightly than the control group,but there was no significant difference among the four groups ( P>0.05 ).The rate of rough feed and beef of every group were 12.37,13.42,11.21 and 12.63 respectively, and the rate of fine feed and beef were 3.09,3.24,2.28,3.13 respectively. The rate of the third group was lower than other groups (P<0.01),and the first group was lower than the second and the fourth group (P<0.05). There was no significant different between the 2nd and the 4th group. (3) The content of Glucose and BUN was significant difference between the third group and the others (P<0.05);The content of T3 and T4was significant different between the third group and the control group (P<0.05);and there was no significant difference for INS between the treatment groups and the control group. The content of GH, IGF-I and SS was extreme different between the third group and the control group (P<0.01). (4) The content of the rate of CP was significant difference between the third group and the content group ,but the rate of digest of NDF ,ADF was no difference among the groups .(5) The profit of the third group was 3.47 Yuan which increased 36%than 2.55 Yuan the profit of the control group ,and was 1.36 times that the control group.The results indicated supplementing CS in beef cattle can improve the performance of the beef cattle and improve utilization of the forage, it is benefit for improving the profits.In experiment 2:Three groups of male Simmentals which was no significant difference were selected to determine the effects of supplemental 0%,6%,10% compoundprotein on the weight the rate of translation of forage, blood parameters the rate of digest; then analysis the profits.The result suggested:(1) The average weight per day of each group increased 8 22g,839g,917g respectively .The treatment groups improved 2.1%and 11.6%than the control group.(2) There was extreme difference from the rate of forage and beef (P <0.05), the consumption per unit of the treatment group decreased 1.9%and 10.4% respectively relative to the control group.(3) Serum total protein and glucose tended to increase but no significant difference(P>0.05); Serum urea-nitrogen was no signi ficant difference(P>0.05).(4) The nutrient the rate of digest of treatment group increa sed slightly, but 110 significant difference(P>0.05).(5) The profit per day per unit of the second group increased 1.01 Yuan than the control group.The results indicated that different dose of compound protein can improve thedaily-increased weight and increase the profit.
