This thesis studied on appling the technique of bypass rumen protection to enhancing the degradatin of plant protein in back digestive organ so as to increase the digestions of protein-Plant exorphins. The effect of the plant exorphins on goal growth metabolism was present investigated. A simple but fast determination technique of bioactive exorphins - the system of frog heart circulation in vitro was established. At the same time, plant protein was degraded by simple artificial rumen and the most suitable condition of extracting in time and producing lots of exorphins was investigated. The effect of plant exorphins on growth performance and immunity function of broilers by intramuscular injection was studied. The research includes four series as follows: Series I : Exoiphins in the plant that regulate growth metabolism in goats with protein bypass rumen protectionThis paper has applied the technique of bypass rumen protection to prevent the Wheat protein in forage by breakdown of microbial. Thus it can come into abomasum and small intestine , in which bioactive peptids are resolved and can play a regulation role in growth metabolism. The activity of plant exorphins in different digests was determined by the system of frog heart circulation in vitro and with naloxone - specific inhibitor of exorphins. Comparing the contrast period with the Experiment period, the results were showed that , Grass feeding quantity were increased significantly from 4.65 + 0.231 to 6.413+0.039kg/24h(p<=0.001);The concentration of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-l)in serum were increased significantly from 153.647 18.670 to 223.993 19.450ng/ml(p<=0.01);The concentration of growth hormone(GH)in serum were increased significantly from 23.170 0.891 to 26.792+1.003 ng/ml(p<=0.01); The concentration of insulin in serum were increased significantly from 18.103 + 1.035 to 23.983 1.600 ng/ml(p<=0.01); The concentration of amino nitrogen in serum were increased significantly from 0.102 + 0.003 to 0.140 + 0.004 mM/ml (p<=0.01);The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in serum were decreased significantly from 0.206 0.012 to 0.086 0.006 mM/ml(p<0.001). Both the abomasum fluid of escape protein from rumen and common rumen fluid can enhance myocardium contraction force significantly, and the effect was reversed significantly by naloxone, so it can prove that the different digests have the activity of exorphins. All those have proved that plant exorphins have effectively enhanced regulation effects on growth metabolism with protection technique of protein bypass rumen and utilization ratio of forage protein was increased as well. Series II: Study on system of heart circulation in vitro to determine plant exorphins activityDifferent effect time samples which from middle gluten flour resolving by pepsin of pigs at 37 C,with centrifuged at low temperature ,were determined activity of plant exorphins in this paper. The method was that samples were added to the system of frog heart circulation in vitro respectively, to determine contraction changes of cardiae muscle, then opioid peptides inhibitor -naloxone was added the system, to determine contraction changes of myocardium again. The results show, that samples can enhance contraction force of myocardium, and its effect can be reversal by naloxone. It was proved that samples have bioactivity of plant exorphins. Series III: Study on degrading gluten protein by rumen bacteria andextracting plant exorphins in timeThis experiment study on gluten protein is fermentation by rumen bacteria, single cluture, in vitro and extracting fermentation liquid in time, then, the structure and activity of plant exorphins were studied. The results indicated, the most bioactivity of exorphins was 11h after fermentation in vitro and the determination of peptides was higher; The technique of determining the structure of exorphins with ultrafiltration and paper chromatography was set up, and the show bands indicated the samples were 10-27 amino acid residues; The fermentation parameters of artificial rumen: pH: 6...
