Study On The Technique Of Culture And Rapid Propagation Of Rosa Rugosa Thunb

The experiment studied on differentiation, multiplication,rootage and transplant of Rosa rugosa Thunb by the way of tissue culture. It used medium of MS appending different consistency hormones.The results showed thaf different kind and consistency of hormones are determinative to differentiation. In the next place, the culture condition was also important factor on the medium of MS+2.4-D 2mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L, the effect of inducing callus was the best.The reduced rate reached 90.7%; On the medium of MS+6-BA 3mg/L+2,4-D 2mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L, the effect of inducing bud of stem was the best. The multiple was about 6, the rate of forming bud reached above 90%. The medium of MS(1/2N)+NAA Img/L was the best rootage. The rate of rootage reached above 85%; The transplanted seedling grew best on the stroma of humus +sand+garden solid (1:1 :l).the rate of ecesis reached above 85%.
