Rosa multiflora var.'multipetal Rose-red'with high ornamental value and superior character is a new variety of Rosa multiflora Thunb., it belong to Rosaceae and Rosa L In this experiment, the rapid propagation technologies including grafting propagation, tissue culture in vitro and cutting propagation of R. multiform var.'multispectral Rose-red'were studied, and a set of mature, stable and efficient system for rapid propagation was established. The aim of anniversary propagation R. multiform var. 'multispectral Rose-red', reduce costs, and improve economic efficiency was realized through the rational application of three ways of grafting, tissue culture, cuttings, thus the pace of popularization and application to promote the industrialization process of gardening were speeded up.Firstly, the factors affecting the rapid propagation of tissue culture in vitro about the sampling time, explants types, the germination of induced buds, proliferation on adventitious buds, inducing roots and acclimatization of plantlets were studied with the stem segment earring axillary bud as explantThe efficient rapid propagation system of tissue culture in R. multiflora var.'multipetal Rose-red' was established. The results showed as follows:(1) In the rapid propagation of tissue culture for R. multiflora var. 'multipetal Rose-red', the best sampling time is in May and November, the best materials are the semi-lignified branches in the middle of the shoots. The germination rate was up to 100% when the basic medium was 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.1mg/L NAA+1.0mg/L BAP.(2) The combination of NAA and BAP, 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 0.2mg/L NAA+2.0 mg/L BAP during the subculture of R. multiflora var.'multipetal Rose-red' is more ideal, the multiplication coefficient was up to 8.3.(3) The inducing root experiments of R. multiflora var.'multipetal Rose-red' proved that the rooting rate was up to 97.1% on the 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA+0.2mg/L BAP.(4) The transplanting survival rate was up to 80.0% through using the pure vermiculite as matrix after 9-13d acclimatization in the training room, and keeping mist spray when the tissue-cultured plantlets of R. multiflora var.'multipetal Rose-red' were transplanted into nutrition pots. Secondly, the study on propagation of R. multiflora var.'multipetal Rose-red' by grafting suggested that grafting in bud with higher survival rate was a simpler, and more efficient manner than grafting in shoot.Lastly, Cutting propagation experiment was carried out with the R. multiflora var. 'multipetal Rose-red', and the effects of the types of rooting reagents and substrates, lignified degrees of cuttings, the quantity of leaves and lateral buds contained in every cutting on the rooting rate were studied. L24(3×4×24) element orthogonal experiment was designed according to the rooting reagents, lignified degrees of the cuttings, and medium etc. The result showed that lignified degrees of the cuttings and the types of rooting reagents were the main influential factor of rooting rate, whreas the substrates, and the quantity of leaves and lateral buds were not distinct. The rooting rate of the yard rose is 89.0% after the bases of the cuttings were dipped in rooting reagent Gen Wang" for 1 second quickly. The factors above had no significant effects on the growths of seedlings after yard roses were transplanted into the field.
